I have a nelson that i use mostly for commuting. I think it's great.
I don't think you'll find better for the same money.
I wasn't keen on the paintjob though, so re-painted mine in my club colours.I was considering getting another for the track this season, but have gone for a PX instead.

Ive noticed a slight difference between the 57 and the 60.
The top tube seems flatter on the 60, and the overrall look more balance.
What u ridding? Im 1.83, they recommand 60...should I, shouldnt....?
And yeah I thinking of a paint job:) -

All black, 58/59, DA headset, has a Shimano bb in whether you'd want that I dunno.

i got one, love it. Right now as my commuter with shit components. Next summer got creamroller on that duty and nelson is getting better stuff on her. (Silver open pros on miche lf hubs, thomson stem and seatpost, probably sg75s, profile design t2 wing as the syntace is 26mm) Light, cheap, fast, good geo. First I was gonna get it painted but naah it looks great live after you get used to the typeface and Willie Nelson connotations. Why the hell ruin a rare track frame with original paint job? Do you really want your bike to just look any other cheap alu frame?
This is size 57 with 55 toptube. First I didnt like the fact that it doesnt have horizontal toptube, but my taste has changed. As it doesnt have 1" skinny old style tubes I think the slight slope looks great.

I think they seem great for their price. They look a lot better in real life than pictures too.

spagettihoops, do you have a picture? I've always hated the paint on these. Looks like a French flag.

The graphics are all done with paint. I just used laser cut low-tack vinyl sheet to mask it off.

Looks really good in gloss. The thing that impresses me about these frames, is at this price the welds look so neat.
Anyone got an idea of weight?
-

I have been told 1.75k for the 60cm, really good I thought.
-
• #22
That looks great! I don't get why they put such a stupid paint job on it in the first place. They'd sell loads if it looked like that.

No steel inserts on the track ends.

So what?
Somebody rides that bad boy? (Nelson Pista)
Who would recommen it and why.
Although I kind of wondering if it's better than a Dolan Pre Cursa.
(It looks like the Nelson got better weld, the dolan ones are standard)
Cheers for the help :)
