Wanted: 58cm full bike with good components to £400

I have a friend who wants a good, complete bike. Budget is £300 to £400 max. Pref fixed/ss but good classic roadies will also be looked at.

Please don't offer any junk or anything that's not 58-60cm.

Dolan precursa, 58/59, dura ace headset, sugino messenger cranks, choice of drops or bullhorns, and miche advanced hubs cant remember the rims, front fork drilled for brake. Would be looking at around 370 mark.

Brooks not included, but another saddle can be.

I have this but slightly over your budget ;)

600£ , specs: rigida wheelset, shimano ultegra, 105 headset, 3ttt stem&bar, selle italia and rock shock seat post for long comfy journey.
