f*cking dick

Patronising much? OP probably assumed that this being a forum was a possible place to have a chat with some who might have a bit more info on this bike than they... The fact you tapped into the thread means you welcome the opportunity to potentially offer some insight?

Give me your thoughts on this please.

it's a great list of parts and built by Tokyo fixed gear, more interested in the size of frame medium, opposed to volume cuter 3.5 size 54, wondered if anybody's had chance to compare ride frames going to meet him I guess, make a decision

Looks like an ebay ad for an expensive trixiefixie. Are you using it for cunning stunts?
-
• #8
You could at least put the thread in the correct section of the forum

"This Bike cost me £1740 at Tokyo Fixed Gear in Soho only a few months ago. and has been kept like a baby indoors at all times."
far canal.

no cunning stunts , always jumping curbs, steps , parks, care free riding, will be ridded daily in my poor crash bang style. will only skid stop when needed and never for effect, might even j hop a coke can

Jesus, I take the baby outside 3 or 4 times a week.
I'm off to report myself to the NSPCC.

Give me your thoughts on this please.
Ha! That's the first thing I thought when I saw the post!

I am constantly flabbergasted that people can spend £1700 on a bike and then sell it a couple of months later. It's extraordinary.
-
• #14
it's not that much bike for 1700 bananas, either.
-
• #15
its a very very nice bike. i dont think its worth 900 though
-
• #16
Based on what?
I too can't believe how fickle people are.
-
• #17
It was on scumtree for £850 a week or so ago.
Offer £700 if you want it and see what happens.
-
• #18
so anybody ridded this frame in medium then .
i added up the list of parts and it came to 1300 quid. Frame , fork , crank are worth more that.
i guess any shops got to mark up and make money ... He is throwing in allot of extras ..
he would sell for 800 .
maybe he is a banker, with cash to throw away , -
• #19
seems quite overpriced for what it is. offer half that and work up from there.
-
• #20
i'm with gav, offer him 700.
if he can take a 900 squid hit on a bike he hasn't used...
-
• #21
i can't say £900 is worth it, sorry.. you'll end up being robbed twice..
-
• #22
Oh - and it's in soho so go and try it?
-
• #23
i agree £700 would be fair price, i guess i have to go see him unless it sells, just worried that he brought a frame thats to small for him, i dont want to go over to him ride a medim and find out its way to small for me, as we are same hight, i cant find mutch info on the frame size .
thanks

• #24
I'd rather have 1700 bananas, not 900 squid though.

They'd go off quick though. All that ethylene. oof.
