I have this:
MARIN BOBCAT TRAIL MOUNTAIN BIKE c1994
Seat Tube (ctt): 52cm (20in)
Top Tube (ctc): 57cm (22.5in)
Rear dropout width: 130mm
Wheel size: 26in MTB
This is a large mountain bike from the early 1990s suitable for riders of 6ft plus. Its been lightly used and would make a very good tough city bike... Its in perfectly useable condition without any work. £95 -

Perfect! PM'd
Bit of a long shot, but I'm convinced there's several of these in people's garage's.
Basically I need a pub/commuter/errand bike. One that I can ride comfortably for up to around 15 to 20 miles at the most, wear normal clothes, and put racks on.
Most importantly I want to leave it locked outside, which is actually what makes this difficult as I live in Clapton and it's not exactly safe to leave bikes locked outside here. So spending more than £200 would be foolish no matter how well I lock it.
Full bike would be ideal, but I don't mind a frame only or frame and forks etc.
I'll probably run it fixed, but can work around vertical drop outs.
Finally and possibly the biggest obstacle is my size: I'm 6'1" with long legs and arms . I take a 62cm road frame. This frame wouldn't need to be a perfect fit: it'll probably see 20 miles in a single trip at the most, and I'd actually prefer the handling of a compact frame with long seatpost and stem.
Let me know if you've got anything that even remotely fits this description.
Thanks.
