take off the bolt on the end, put a socket extension in the end, hit the extension with a hammer/mallet.
the tool is only for getting the cranks on, it can help get them off to a certain extent but in most cases its useless. and also the thread isnt very long on them so you will strip it or your spindle threads really easily. use my method and you will be trouble free.

ye, but then what do i do to put it back on? just wack the other side? that doesnt sound tooo ideal

whack them on or pull together with bolts. i gave mine to jonomarshall a couple weeks back pm him
Hi all, I borrowed a profile crank tool (for the new profile cranks) but it doesnt fit my cranks. The ones i have are profile racing and I bought them off here, but never got the tool with them for whatever reason.
Was wondering if I could borrow the tool offa someone so that I can sort out my chainline. Thanks y'all!
