what i specified is what the old forks were.
have never replaced threaded forks before, only just reading up on it. would yours fit to my bike simply, by adding spacers to the headset..? -
What about these? NOS unspecial jobs, originally sold by SJS. Labelled as 700c, but this photo shows them with an un-inflated 27x1 1/4 wheel/tyre combo. Has about 10mm clearance.
Drilled for nut fitting brake, but I believe the rear hole can be enlarged to take an allen fitting. 27mm fork crown race.
From my measurements, they have a 60mm forkoff set, and eyelets for mudguards.
Over 250mm steerer.

for 27&1/4" wheels, although i may accept one for 700c wheels.
14cm of steerer, 4.5cm of this to be threaded.
no colour preference
i would like the paint to be in good condition (no rust) although some wear on the dropouts, marks from locking up expected.
Straight forks are what i will most likely buy from someone
i will pay postage
