Square taper/Octalink/Holowtech doesn't matter as long as they're 9 speed compatible.

I may be able to help. I have a pair of campagnolo veloce 172.5mm but 10 speed rings, can't remember at the top of my head ratios. either 52/42 or 53/39. regrds c_c

Wanna know what, I've got a set of brand new Campy rings in 53/39 sat at home. Am I right in thinking they changed their BCD recently(ish)?

Standard road doubles are 135 bcd aren't they? I don't think they've changed that.
