Extremely useful and managed to get the CRB sorted (pending) from Islington Council.
Might need it sooner though, but will mail Maresha either way.
Thanks (especially laurel and hardy).

Already booked the first aid course, however regarding the CRB, I already got it (pretty fast!) I realise I put 'sales assistant' when they asked me what my current jobs is not realising I should've put cycle trainer in instead, will this be a problem?

Since becoming a cycling instructor required you to have a first aid certificate, I was wondering whom did you go for to get lesson for such thing?
I'm a cycling trainer/coach since many years and ther was (officially) never a need to get a 1st aid certificate.
At the moment I'm following a 1st aid course, because my employer needs more people with 1st aid certificate. They pay it all and compensate the hours. No bad.
In total, it's 15 to 20 times 2 hours or so.
And you've got to come back every year 6 or 7 times. Here you can follow such a course in every single town. Groups of 20 - 25 people I guess.

Cycle Training UK are running an accredited First Aid course on 9 January 2012 from 09:00 until 16:00. We are located at SE16 4DG - a mile or so from London Bridge station.
The cost is £75 per person - just about half the cost of St John's. Even if you don't expire for 6 months or so then this is still a bargain and it is a little more focused on the issues confronting a cycling instructor.
If you're interested get in touch this week - Before the 16th of Dec or in early Jan - we re-open on the week of the Tuesday 3rd and could probably take bookings up to the 6th.
