You can make your own ... if you have a friend that is handy at welding.
.... My dad did. Was pretty good for 700cc wheels ... useless for any other size.

Buy the TS 2.2 from the USA and hope to avoid tax.

just received a ts2.2 and feel I'm not gonna regret it, looked at others cheaper but they all appeared to have a limiting feature when compared to the ts2
just gotta start using it now...

I made one bolting together some old scraps of angle iron and then arranging bits of wooden stick (like rulers) to act as the feelers. Very Heath-Robinson - but functional. I've built and trued several wheels on it. Also a home-made dishing tool from bits of that "cardboard" angle stuff used by builders to protect corners of plasterwork, and a 10cm piece of an old measuring tape in the middle to tell me how far to the drop-out.
...so I'm sure any commercial product will do the job! -

There are very good plans to build one in Roger Musson's online book @ Wheelpro.com. I made one and it works very well. Cheers
I'm looking to buy a new Wheel Jig, one that I can both build and true with. Can anyone advise which type to get.
