Offered: Large one bed flat tolet Woolwich

I'm trying tolet my girlfriends one bed flat in Woolwich for her as we have both moved out.

Large one bed flat, in square meters as big as some modern two bed flats. Large corridor cupboard, I've had four bike plus lots of bits in this before using a stand but kept my regular run around bike inside for easy access.

10 min walk from Woolwich town centre. DLR and main line.

Less than 5 min walk to Woolwich Dockyard Station. London Bridge < 20 min I think at a guess.

Right by the river. National cycle route 1. Easy ride to Telly tubby Sainsbury's and O2 center.

Greenwich 10 min on the bike, central London (as in Oxford street so Less if you are heading further East / to the city), 45 - 50 min, no red light Jumping a good pace but not racing e.t.c I think my personal record was about 35 min riding hard.

Free Parking.

Heating and hot water is included in rent only bills are electric phone and whatever gas you use on the hob. So it's a cheap place to run.

Advertised elsewhere for £700 pcm but I'm fully open to offers especially from my favourite forum.

Gas certificate, Tenants deposit scheme e.t.c all legit.

Lampshade is currently broken and has run out of shade. I think you can buy refill packs. Isle 3 in ASDA.

Wallpaper is limited print by the artist known as B&Q select / finest so £500 for half a roll.

It's large for a one bedroom flat obviously, not large in the grand scheme of flats/ houses.
