Paint looks better in pics. The blue is stunning but the white is tatty.

Will consider offers but personally I think £100 posted is a good price for a sturdy winter hack.

This may well be split as I think I may need the frame for myself. So if you are interested in the RSX sti's, RSX rear mech, 300EX chainset and crank then let me know.

STI's and rear mech sold.
Can replace with downtube shifters, tatty aero levers and cheap rear mech if someone is looking for a cheap beater, obviously can be had for less than £100 posted now. Make me an offer.

ooh Tel! Hold out man... It's easily worth £150. £100 is more than ok. Are you giving bikes away now... That's a bargain! c_c

Thanks Ian. It's a difficult time of year for myself and others, this really is nothing more than a beater that'll be great for getting someone outta trouble or through the winter for very little money.

Clearly not great enough!
Ok the bike is rebuilt using rx100 gear levers, brake levers and a basic shimano rear mech. The RX100 stuff is tatty but functional, the brake lever hoods had flared so I have applied tape over the top to keep it down.
New pix up.
So it started at £100, a few bits sold and replaced with lesser parts thats gotta be worth a reduction so I'd say £70 + £10 postage but I took it out for a nice ride earlier and found the gears to be slipping on the smaller cogs this is due to the worn freewheel. In honesty the wheels aren't all that and it would really benefit from having them replaced so with that in mind I will do this bike for wait for it.....
**£50 plus £10 postage! **

Well I must say I am shocked that no one has had this. Oh well I'll stick on a new freewheel and on the bay it'll go....

Tel,
Are you still selling this bike at 50 + 10 p & p.
If so I will take it.

Sold
SOLD, SOLD, SOLD
Size 57.5cm (ct) x 57cm (cc)
Seat tube extends above tope tube so for reference it is 55cm cc. At 5'11" it fir me great with the saddle set where it is in the pics.
Carrera Virtuoso is tatty but very usable condition, actually it rides really nicely.
This is the old steel version rather than the later alloy. Paintwork is tatty and there is a shallow dent in the top tube but certainly nothing to worry about. All functions fine ready to ride through the winter months.
**I'd like £90 + £10 postage. **
Dibs followed by pm. Your dib will be honoured for 24 hours.
