Stolen: 61cm condor pista cream/brown

Hey guys. iPhone post so apologies for grammar and no pics. Will update tonight.

Anyway, my 61cm condor pista got nicked from outside my flat last night about 8pm in Meath House Herne Hill beside the prince regent pub. Will post pics when I get home tonight but until then just wondering if folks could keep their eyes peeled around town for the next few days.

Pretty distinctive owing to it being for 6'5 fellow like myself.
I'm annoyed to have lost this, I really loved this bike!

For those in the know this was my old training bike. I am gutted for you dude.

Theo, if you need help ID'ing the frame if you recover it I can pretty much recognise all the chips nicks and scrapes on the frame and will be glad to help out if possible at all. This is a fairly rare frame size and colour and I have not seen one like it ever around Central London.

There is a shit load of Southies who have seen this bike at West/South Beers so I'll stick this post in the South Beers thread.

I assume you're trawling gumtree, that website that shows all the bikes for sale on the internet (?) and Brick Lane at the weekend?

Not that it's any help... I saw this locked opposite the Lido, next to the Prince Regent with Snowy's bike on the last track day. Bit puzzled as I knew Ved wasn't coming !

But that size of bike should be easily spotted again.

I hate to say this... but i'm suprised it took this long to get nicked.
that bike is allways locked up against the railings, and left over night.

Thats just asking for trouble in my opinion.

sorry to hear about your loss none the less, and will keep an eye out for it.

spagettihoops speaks the truth. Single-speed or fixed gear bikes left locked up outside of a premises overnight, will almost certainly get stolen in London.

hindsight is a wonderful thing...

The bike got spotted by a fellow forumenger this evening around 5 oclock outside the barbers on the corner of Atlantic Rd and Coldharbour Lane (beside the weatherman store). I shall ring the police and get them to check for CCTV etc but if the brixton massive could keep their eyes peeled for me.

Its good to know its still out there.....
