Dude. Dont do it. The Geek?!
-
• #3
yep.
times, they are a' changing....
I've signed up for a ride across india.
the geek will never suit that purpose.
I'd rather have a full tourer built or something that can take a triple chainset.(chances are the Croix de Fer will become my only bike- as it is comfy on long road rides, and can be used to tour)
also i have a TT beast, but thats not for sale) -

thought I'd never sell it...
these days the more I think about it, the more I want something slightly more like Velocios, but at a fraction of the cost.
I need more gears....
its an amazing bike. and if it doesn;t sell, then hopefully someone will buy the I motion hub, and I'll return it to its SS dreams.I've actually got a pic up of it right now.
and it is stunning. -

i'd be interested in the panniers and any touring luggage if you want to sell separately.
I'm afraid, if I don't sell the bike complete- and that is looking like the case.
I'll be keeping the panniers and bags...also- price on I motion wheel:
£275.
with BB7 rear brake:
£300.considering the wheel has done 120miles, and the hubs are £240 new, without the controls/ cable- I won't be dropping that price.
