I have some Shimano Exage/Ambrosio wheels with a 7 speed cassette on you can have for a tenner extra (maybe a tyre or two too), the rear of the frame is 126mm spacing, and the rear wheel is more modern standard 130mm, but it goes in.
Knackered white Iscaselle Tornado is a fiver extra as I quit want to keep it!
Giant 'Super Sierra' Frame and forks, plus good quality BB: £20 17" seat tube c-to-c, 21.5" TT c-to-c
Originally it came fully chromed and then painted over the chrome, a lot of the paint has worn/chipped/flaked off though so this is a bit of a mess, U brake rear mounts on the chainstays, canti on the front, you will need to either source a U brake, find a BMX brake that fits, buy a Roller cam (off me?) or not use brakes for the rear. This was originally a full XT (top of the line pre-XTR) specced bike in 1989 and is a nicely made frame.
Should have some other spares and bits and bobs to get you going if you need too.
Kenda Kwik Roller 26" slick tyres, very little use, includes tubes: £15 or £10 with either of the above
Pick up only from Bow, E3, ill be in for the next few nights, may be around at the weekend
Don't worry about formatting, just type in the text and we'll take care of making sense of it. We will auto-convert links, and if you put asterisks around words we will make them bold.
Tips:
Create headers by underlining text with ==== or ----
To *italicise* text put one asterisk each side of the word
To **bold** text put two asterisks each side of the word
Embed images by entering: ![](https://www.google.co.uk/images/srpr/logo4w.png) That's the hard one: exclamation, square brackets and then the URL to the image in brackets.
* Create lists by starting lines with asterisks
1. Create numbered lists by starting lines with a number and a dot

For syntax highlighting, surround the code block with three backticks:
```
Your code goes here
Just like Github, a blank line must precede a code block.
If you upload more than 5 files we will display all attachments as thumbnails.
No time to do ought with these, so need to go.
