Do you have a counterbore drill?

Hi,
could I borrow a counterbore HSS drill from someone?
I will collect and bring it back on the same day!

(12mm outer diameter)

Do you strictly need a counterbore? or would a pilot and a regular 12mm do?

You just want a normal, good quality, 12mm, HSS twist bit. The type in the middle here:

A counterbore is a bit different, as it creates a flat bottom hole around a smaller existing hole, but without the 30° angle:

But if no one has one, I will be thankful for borrowing a normal 12mm HSS.
