That is indeed a bargain, but it's too small for me...

It is small - probably be ideal for someone between 5"7 and 5"10. I'm 5"11 and it's just too small for me.

Noted, though I'll be asking for more than £250 if I split because I'd really rather not. Something like £150 wheels, £200 frame and everything else.

Sizeist.

Fuck it, you live in Stokey don't you? I'm on Stoke Newington Road. I'd like to take a look tonight 6:30-7:00. Is that okay? Does this count as a provisional dibs?

Ha! 6th dibs!
Sticha Lo Pro, equivalent to a 53cm track frame, H+Son rims, Pake track cranks, Conti tyres, generic track hubs, aero seatpost, pedals, cages and straps.
Picture below – bike looks pretty much the same but I’ve traded the too-tall stem for a pretty appalling-looking adjustable mtb stem, and the risers for a set of nitto drops chopped into bullhorns.
The good: beautiful rare frame, good condition, set up and ready to go.
The bad: currently has a flat tyre which I can’t be bothered to fix, and no saddle (the Brooks is on my track bike).
Is anyone interested in a bargain for £250 collected from Borough, or should I just fix the tyre/replace the stem and sell it on for a bunch more?
