I've got 38s in mine. Almost to the end of the drop out (the washer is about flush with the end of the drop out, but I would be happy to pull it another few mm if I had to).

So I should get away with a 38 twin rail but no guards I think lol thanks

Shouldn't be a problem on the front, but not sure about the back. You can always get one of those clamp on guards for the back.

i think "lol" is overrated and people use it too much for no reason - that, or people smoke dope too much these days.

Just picked up an older 135 spaced frame and forks and wondering the biggest tyre I can run in it. Thinking 38c halo twin rails. What do you run and am I likely to be able to run guards too. Thanks
