Have you checked the serial #? Never seen lugs like that on a CM

I have an AB frame with the same period decals, but the fork crown and all lugs are very different, I know mine to be an original example.

I guess it's a respray.
Very nice bike.
But I would change something on the brake blocks (and the bars of course)... -
