I came through Hampstead on the way in this morning and knew somehitng was going on as the traffic was very bad.

Nasty...I hope they catch who ever was driving, possibly uninsured and panicked.

Yes you are right, there is no mention of a bike involved. For some reason I must have assumed she was. I may need to edit the thread

My guess would be she stepped out from between cars... this seems to happen a lot. Not saying it makes any difference to the outcome though.

You ever driven a bus? I'm led to believe that as horrible as it sounds it is perfectly believable that they wouldn't notice, and I think it has happened before.

Happened with a number 25 bus a year or two ago. Awful, just awful.
