Doesn't meet the vintage lugged frame requirements but this is a nice looking bike within the price (at the moment obv.). I was watching for myself but in all fairness it's a few cm too big!

I have this:
UNKNOWN TRACK FRAME 1970s Really cool lugs and details
Seat Tube (ctt): 62cm (24.5in)
Top Tube (ctc): 57.5cm (22.75in)
Rear dropout width: 120mm
Wheelsize: Sprints/700C
Seatpost size: 27.2mm
Frame tubing: Reynolds 531 double butted
This is an extremely nice large track frame from the 1970s - the lugs are beautifilluy detailed with two drilled holes as is the fork crown. The bottom bracket shell has two long additional stiffeners - on the underside of the down tube and one on the back of the seat tube both of which have drilled holes. Clearances are nice and tight with steep angles - it will ride really nicely. It has been painted with Hammerite paint which is quite ghastly but I have removed some of this ion an attempt to se if there were decals iunderneath – unfortunately not but it did reveal that the tubing looked to be in excellent condition. Repainted it will look truly stunning. Large track frames such as this are really uncommon... £175
A friend of mine had his bike stolen and needs to replace it he's looking for a large conversion, preferably a vintage lugged frame and needs it soon.
Complete bike preferred, but can build up a frame if there's a perfect example out there - budget up to £200
Cheers
