I haven't been to the track since mid August.
I did plan to do at least one omnium but was struck down by Man Flu 2 weeks ago and am lucky to still be alive to be honest. Doubt I will be at HH again this year as holidays and busy weekends coming up

You need spin-a-matronic gearing. End to End the race is about 90m (from a standing start).

My track gearing had me beat in the 1st round last time.

I'd say 60ish inches would be ok.

the sprint distance will be about 100m the gear you ride is up to you....i found around 70 was good for me. Hopefully see ya all there!
