Anyone contacted dualism recently?

I paid for some straps via paypal on their site last week but havent heard / recieved anything despite emailing. Anyone know if they are still in business? SHould I reclaim my paypal?

Need to finish my bike and its the only thing holding me up..

He can be a right dick sometimes. I think he's still pissed off at Wagner, though, so hopefully he'll cheer up soon.

Mine took a couple months to arrive but I received an email advising me they were out of stock and they were waiting for a new batch to be made by which time I'd bought some clipless pedals and forgotten I'd ordered the straps.

They are very nice though.
