hey, i got really bored this afternoon so i got a box of stuff i'd stripped off a triumph palm beach bike from the 1950s, then wet and dry papered the shit out of it. then my arm hurt so i stopped, but most of the rust has gone, so the stuff looks pretty good. the metal is still a bit pitted and rusted, but it shud come off mostly with a bit more elbow grease.

bars and stem - 55cm wide, nice comfy shape, weird 23.4mm clamp so best to buy both together - £10 posted

front brake - 'raleigh industries' stamped on caliper and lever, pads have lots of life left. lever missing the bolt, but just need a small nut&bolt - £5 posted

brake caliper - same as above but just the caliper and cable - £3 posted

£16 posted for everything

just had a look.... i'm.... torn but i think i'll leave it thanks. looking for a bit more swept back bars and a full set of brakes and levers.
