This is the best kept secret in London. Awesome carnival. Went last year and was blown away. The kids loved it. 7:15 till about 9:30 and fireworks over the Thames after. Along the Embankment - from Charing Cross.

Just come back as too late to stay for fireworks with the kids. Awesome though - and met Boris who was working the crowd. Not on a bike though.

Must be on here... couple of forumengers with polo bikes/mallets cycling down the Embankment after the fireworks... (with no lights!?) :-)

Wondered what all the fireworks were about. Could hear but not see, sounded big. Thought it was Ze Germans.
