Anybody know how much clearance you need to squeeze these in - I'm pretty tight on my back wheel?
Also, saw some C-Lite mudguards in BC yesterday that looked nice, but didn't seem so easily on/off-able as the Cruds:

installed them yesterday on fuji track with 700x28 front and back.
tested them today.
all good. -

^^ Likewise. Put these on my Fuji Track with 23c's running brakes front and back. Very tight clearance on back and a bit fiddly to set up - but once you're there it's all good. Best thing I've tried for bikes not designed to take mudguards - better than my old raceblades.

the only thing that I'm worried about is when you get a puncture.
to take the rear wheel out you'd probably need to unscrew the bottom part to get it out. -

The easiest way seems to be to unscrew one of the sides at the top of the stay, then just lift the blade out of the way while pulling out the wheel. BTW if you send a stamp to Crud, they'll send you some spare screws FOC - I just know I'm going to lose one sooner or later.

+1 on the stamps (postage stamps :) ) - I've replaced almost 50% of my original set this way over the last few months ...http://www.crudproducts.com/products/spares/roadracer

ah, cool, thanks for a tip. :]

Would they work on bikes if you don't run a rear brake? I doubt it because they cable tie onto the rear brake bolt, but I am hoping you can tell me I'm wrong! Thanks in advance

They'll work fine if you fit a bolt to the brake bridge, assuming you have one, and then attach them to that.

Samesies. Fuji Track with 23c tyres. Coverage is brilliant. Had last year's model. These are definitely a lot better.

or just use another cable tie through your rear brake hole, then attach the cable tie on the mudguard to that. Worked for me when I ran these.
edit: there's even a thread about it https://www.lfgss.com/thread55460.html

I have set of these for sale - great design, but didn't fit my bike well. Fitted but not used so almost brand new.
just thought i'd say there is a new version with more coverage so should be better.
pics when i can be bothered
