For Sale: Barry Chick lo pro

i bought this on the forum recently with the aim to build it up nicely. However i have neither the time nor the space nor the dough to do this properly, hence it has to go.

barry chick is an exceptional frame builder and there are 7 barry chick bikes in existence that i know of (i have two more) this one is amazing made from columbus slx areo tubing fillet brazed. It rides like a dream as nippy and stiff as a track bike. The fork crown is back to front and not only looks amazing but aparently makes it stiffer too.

semi horizontal drop outs mean that you can ride it fixed with a half link in the chain (as i did for a while)

the frame is 58ctc and it was fine for me (i am just over 6foot) but i suspect it was made for a 56ctc rider.

Price is £300 incl campanolo c-record headset and gear lever and campa seatpin bolt and shimano bb (if you buy these on the bay you will easily spent around £140 as the headset goes for £90-100 alone).

Ditto. I like an elegantly cut lug as much as the next man but a perfect fillet is just, well, perfect.

I belive the paint would have been done by Argoss as this who was painting Barrys bikes of that era. PS nice looking frame very well built for silly money. Good luck with the sale
