It's been done locally to me in Rossendale I had it dipped first so it was bare metal so finish is really good.

Would you like to swap it for a kona paddy with a few extras including £45 velcro straps, red chain and trick forks! The bike is real nice, just a little small for me. Its a 56 and its in real good condition! I could maybe put some extra cash on top aswell...let me know

Thanks for the kind comments,just to add it has cable braze ons so you can fit a rear brake if you wish also wheel is FF so you can have a freewheel so you don't have to ride fixed.

How would those rims react to using brakes? I guess just some markings as they seem to be machined?

braking no problem they have a machined braking surface unused of course.
Just built this using many new parts the frame is steel not sure what type bought from another forum and I have had it painted in Bianchi Celeste chrome forks frame is mint and not just the colour,no dents bangs or damage,new retro style Zenith chainset 165 lengh arms with NOS Sugino mighty comp 50T chainring,wheels are DP18 with formula hubs and are brand new with brand new 18t track cog excellent chain line and smooth and quiet with new heavy duty comp track chain by KMC,new San Marco retro seatpost and vintage leather saddle no rips or tears,bars and stem are Cinelli bars are crits with new bartape.
