Definitely Pisti, he said the 'gent' didn't try to kill him... can't be Slain.

I might not kill myself on a breakless fixed wheel bike
Nah, you'll probably just get maimed or put in a coma.
-
• #5
You might want to get a front brake.
-
• #6
don't ride with no brakes, there's really no excuse.

Young dreams: so swiftly born and so swiftly crushed.

Please ask yourself why you'd want to ride without a brake.
If the answer is anything but:
1) I will be riding it exclusively on a track that doesn't allow brakesthen please think again about your safety before anything else.

A track bike with no brakes is meant for the track.
Not for riding on the roads.

it can't have been pisti, he would have yentz him.

he probably let you try it because he thought you would hurt yourself on it rather than steal it.
I ride brakless, can't really recommend it, I'm just cheap/lazy. -

then please think again about your safety before anything else.
Or even better think about other people's safety too.

Hhhmmmm, Gentlemen. We don't have them up North.
Just had a random chat with a guy in a street in Kensington who let me try out his brakeless fixie. What a gent!
Now I've tried it and realised that I might not kill myself on a breakless fixed wheel bike I might have to stop lotering here and actually get one. So, if you were that guy, thanks very much.
