For Sale: Ladies Raleigh single speed bicycle £70

I built this up for a friend, but due to a change in circumstances, she doesn't need it, hence it's now up for sale.

Raleigh Candice frame - 23 ctc seat tube, 22 ctc top tube. But with a short stem this suits someone 5'8" and above. 120mm rear spacing.
Rear wheel - Joytech hub with 18t single speed sprocket and 19t fixed. Rigida Flyer rim
Fornt wheel - Union hub, Rigida Flyer rim
Tyres - Specialized Armadillo 25c rear, Bontrager Hardcase 25c front. So shouldn't have many punctures.
New KMC chain.

I'm in Leyton, East London. No posting, or splitting.

Gutted it is such a big bike. I'm 5ft 2". Don't think I'm going to grow anymore, not height, widthways perhaps, but not height :(
