Mongoose BMX: Offers
someone left this in my parents garage in the late 90s and it's been there ever since, so needs to go. It must be from the mid 90s, has got one of those gyro things and a pair of very tasteful 3 spoke wheels. It's not light, has got some very light surface rust on the bars but the frame is sound and so it basically just needs a little bit of a tidy up and to have a few things tightened up and it'll be alright. It has been de-stickered somewhere along the line, but could look good really easily.
Dawes Wildcat MTB: Offers
Frame is Reynolds 501, forks are 531. You get everything you see in the picture + a seat post and stem. I think i've still got the brake levers around somewhere too, so if I can find those you can have them too. So it is pretty much a full bike. The rear mech looks pretty new, I can vaugley remember having it replaced. the rear tyre has got loads of life left in it.
This was my bike from the age of about 12-17. It's not what I'd call 'light', but it does the job. Would probably make a pretty good polo bike I'd have thought. seat tube is 48cm and the top tube is 56cm (both C to C) which seems a little odd but there you go. the tape measure doesn't lie.
I'm open to any offers for these, if you can come and get them then you can pretty much have them. Pick up in Forest Hill (south east) London. If no one wants them by the weekend then I'm giving them to a mate to sell as scrap next time he has a load to go.
sorry the pics are PDFs, having computer problems.
