They are new, so they have never been used but yes they are road wheels, Normal spacing for 9 speed cassette (shimano)

The rims and hubs are made by I C E I believe

Where did you get them? there seems to be nothing on the web.

Hugo, I got them from a friend that bought them online, they were still in the box when i got them off him and since then I have put them on a bike taken photos and since taken them off. They are good strong deep section road wheels, obviously not high end quality otherwise I wouldn't be asking £75 for them tyres tubs etc. still less than I paid for them, just trying to get some money back on previous builds.
