I think that is a bit of a shit thing to do, you had the chance to do your research before you placed the ad.
When you place the ad you obviously thought the price was acceptable so man up and honour the original price.

I don't mean to be a corrot up the old arse, but similar thing happened with a colnago frame last week (under priced), and the seller did honor the price stated. If you advertise the frame somewhere else chances are you probably will get a bit more for it... but if you use the forum a lot i'd imagine with so many good deals coming and going you'll experince a go on a swing and a roundabout. You know what to do,

Slightly off topic but my favourite bike of my youth was a Giant Cadex MTB, fully rigid, white blue and natural carbon.
18" frame and around 24 lbs after I spent some money on some (purple anodized) bits.
