Angus you're a legend, thanks matey. Let me know when you're home and I'll swing buy. If you don't mind giving both away, I'll take the other one for diaplo.
Thanks everyone else for the offers.

No worries I'll bring both, about 99% sure I still have both.
I might swing by to beginners but if not then I'll drop you a pm Jonie and give them to you. -
• #13
Sweet, thanks again. Come to beginners for sure mate. We (nearly) have a spare bike!
-
• #14
joni, i (think) i have a unipack rear wheel, which would work with a free wheel if its any use
well more use than no rear wheel -

Felix you star, I'll take it! Now, lets remove the 'U' word so no-one knows what it is, hey. ;)
Joke.
PM coming.
Sorry to keep spamming this with replies to every post, but I really appreciated everyone's generosity and am excited about being able to help people to play polo. -

then drill a bigger one
sure would do if I had a drill, but thought it'd be useful here, was given it free anyway
-
• #23
Yes please haroun! Far less hassle than drilling a hole. ;)
Thanks v much mate. -

May have purchased a freewheel. So, if anyone has another calliper, we're away!
Friday generosity anyone? -

Just bought a 48h blb hub and I must say it does look/feel very good quality. Good threads, nice body and bearings, good solid nuts and a thorough axle.
I am on the way to putting together a loaner polo bike for anyone who needs it.
Sam has very kindly given us this frame
http://www.lfgss.com/thread47564.html#post1538240 and thanks to Kev for backing out for this cause.
I was wondering if between us we could make this in to a complete bike (I have no funds for this project sadly) because I have a couple of people who want to come to beginners polo but have no bike. We could also use this for any other events where people need it.
We can then go on to use this thread to list anything else that is spare / loaner for the great polo cause. For example I have a load of kids sized mallets if we run any children's sessions again.
So can anyone donate (or sell for really cheap (are there any funds for this?) )the following:
Rear wheel (I'm thinking of doing this SS?) CRUMB
25t or close freewheel
1 1/8th forks RIK
ahead stem JOE
risers JOE
front brake haroun
rear brake Dublinkev
brake levers SORETHROAT
cables
pedals JONO
chain 1/8th JONO
I have the rest.
Thanks all.
