For Sale: Planet X Uncle John cyclo cross bike

Planet X Uncle John cyclo cross bike, size medium. I used this all year round as my commuter for a good few years and as such the paintwork has chips and scratches but has always been well maintained. Has a lot of helicopter tape on the most prone to wear areas. It’s a bit over 3 years old now, I have a couple of other bikes and this one just isn’t getting ridden so time to sell it. it’s a great bike, comfy loads of room for big tyres and mudguards and light, gets great reviews.

Aluminium frame with carbon forks(alloy steerer) mixture of ultegra both mechs, triple 105 crank with lots of scuffs on non drive side(when I bought it thought might use it for touring) and 105 brifters. Tektro mini V brakes, Planet x superlight finishing kit(42cm oversize bars bars) and Mavic Ksyrium equipe wheels(very little wear run true and bearings fine, these are much newer than rest of bike, replacement for worn out Reynolds wheels I got with it originally). Has Specialized houfflaize pro knobblies on it (32c) I also have a pair of Continental 4 season 28c tyres which I can swap over if preferred or add in for a bit of extra cash, not much wear on these at all. Quite worn Fizik pave saddle, chain cassette and front big ring where changed not that long ago and have lots of life left in them. Cane creek S2 headset, pedals are on the bike in pics but won’t come with it.
