Mummy got arrested

Sitting in West Ham BTP station waiting for my mum to make bail. She's not been charged yet but is under 'suspicion' of breach of the peace and threatening assault or someshit (I'm not into this legal wordiness).

She just told some asshat schoolkids on the train to shutup and siddown. Their teacher was with them and neglected to get them to behave, but when she did his job he went and got the fuzz onto her!

Seriously FML, anyone near west ham at all and fancies going fixenskiddün for a while until she gets out later. They won't let me see her so I've got time to kill and would rather not be here with nothing to do but worry.

As for the teacher, an official complaint wouldn't go amiss if there is a mechanism for such things.

This reminds of 2 friends of mine that were attacked by 4!!! pieces of shite, and I mean attacked, punched, pushed, bruised... the all lot. but because they're the kind of iwillrapeyourmutherfuckingarseifyoutrytotouchme, the 4! ended up in hospital, one of them KO :D .... the police came to them (my mates) to the unbelievable conclusion that, not only they couldn't press charges, the other 4 were in really bad shape, so they should just walk way silent, no fuss. Of course they couldn't care less, but my friend had his spectacles smashed on the floor, that alone is over 300 dorrah.
They had what they deserved, still the law protects them just because after starting they didn't 'win'.
Go figure...

my friend had similer,

at one point he was 3rd best at judo in the country, and was set upon buy 6 guys, the result was two knocked out two pinned and two run away. he was arrested and the gangs mothers pressed charges and it went to court, lucky it was all on CCTV and it was proven that they started it so he was acting in self defense.
