Evening all,
Selling this on behalf of my flatmate, Mark who built it a couple of months ago.
Here's what he says about it:
"I built this fixed gear conversion out of curiosity as to how it feels to ride one and as it turns out it's just not my thing...
This bike is super super light though and rides very smoothly so would make a great first bike for someone!"
Here's the spec...
61cm Sirocco Special road frame. (Pearly white colour)
Reynolds 653 tubing + forks.
Campagnolo bottom bracket (open bearing) square taper.
Campagnolo crank arms (with self extracting crank bolts).
Campagnolo 39t chain-ring.
Rear wheel: Mavic Open Pro rim (32 hole) laced onto unknown flip-flop hub. The hub has sealed cartridge bearings but the threads on the 'freewheel' side are badly damaged. The 'fixed' side threads are fine and have a 15t sprocket and lock-ring on it. The hub uses 5mm allen key axle bolts to secure the wheel.
Sram single-speed chain.
Front wheel - Ambrosio rim laced on to a sealed bearing front hub (wheel originally came from a Bianchi).
1" Threaded headset
1" quill stem
Random riser bars (cut down slightly)
Avid brake lever
Campagnolo front brake caliper with cartridge insert brake pads.
Tyres: Specialized Mondo duel compound (grey)
Post Moderne (seatpost)
Charge saddle
Primo grips
Pedals are basic plastic with no straps as a replacement for SPDs so add some foot retention before you ride!
Don't worry about formatting, just type in the text and we'll take care of making sense of it. We will auto-convert links, and if you put asterisks around words we will make them bold.
Tips:
Create headers by underlining text with ==== or ----
To *italicise* text put one asterisk each side of the word
To **bold** text put two asterisks each side of the word
Embed images by entering: ![](https://www.google.co.uk/images/srpr/logo4w.png) That's the hard one: exclamation, square brackets and then the URL to the image in brackets.
* Create lists by starting lines with asterisks
1. Create numbered lists by starting lines with a number and a dot

For syntax highlighting, surround the code block with three backticks:
```
Just like Github, a blank line must precede a code block.
If you upload more than 5 files we will display all attachments as thumbnails.
