£250 is not a bad price... don;t expect to recoup your build costs once you sell it on, it's an average frame and cheap wheels.
As Arnie says either get a price up or go to eBay if you want to get much more than that...

A few chips in the paint work and dots of rust above the bottom bracket and on the seat post, comes with original forks. Great condition considering its age. I ride 44/16
