I'm off touring with my dad for the month of August and therefore my room in my (ware)house share will be vacant.
Located just off the Seven Sisters Road between Manor House & Seven Sisters tube stations, Manor house being the closest at under 10mins walk. Pretty close by bike to Stoke Newington 5mins and Finsbury Park 2mins cycle away.
It's a big space as the property is a converted warehouse so lots for room for bikes and bike repairs or any other pursuits you may have that require large amounts fo space. My room is not massive but perfectly adequate, comes with double bed, desk etc will have some of my stuff still there obviously but could work out well for someone visiting london or between accomodations for a month. I plan to leave london again in October indefinitely, so if interested somone could take over the room permanently from then.
There is also some outside space with a bbq for those balmy summer evenings, a ping pong table, projector, wide screen tv with dvd player and surround sound, stereo system etc.
The area has a bunch of other lived in warehouses and often there is parties etc going on which can be good for a bit of weekend entertainment, generally though the place is pretty chilled out.
The warehouse is shared with 6 other friendly flatmates, 2 girls and 4 guys between 21 and 30 yoa. Everyone in pretty considerate and easy going.
The rent I pay is £480 pcm including all bills - council tax, water, electricity, gas and broadband. I would be looking to cover my rental cost if possible, but the final cost to whoever would like to stay is negotiable.
Interested peeps can pm me and I'll give you a number to call to keep things easier.

Formatting Help
Don't worry about formatting, just type in the text and we'll take care of making sense of it. We will auto-convert links, and if you put asterisks around words we will make them bold.
Tips:
Create headers by underlining text with ==== or ----
To *italicise* text put one asterisk each side of the word
To **bold** text put two asterisks each side of the word
Embed images by entering: ![](https://www.google.co.uk/images/srpr/logo4w.png) That's the hard one: exclamation, square brackets and then the URL to the image in brackets.
* Create lists by starting lines with asterisks
1. Create numbered lists by starting lines with a number and a dot

For syntax highlighting, surround the code block with three backticks:
```
Just like Github, a blank line must precede a code block.
If you upload more than 5 files we will display all attachments as thumbnails.
