eclipse frame (made by orbit )
531c butted and 531 (st proabably ) stays and forks, cantis, rear rack and mudguard mounts, 54 seat, 54 top
i have the complete bike or may split into it's parts. it's in the queue for a powder coating at mo.

Now broadening my search : a 53cm (21'') steel frame with just mudguard eyelets will be considered.

I ve some thing
21" but with 58cm top tube, 531 plain gauge.
Its a vintage frame ,but refurbished and should take 700cs
