Just made far too much Jerk Marinade. The leftovers almost fill a 600g soup pot, should be good for 2-3lbs of chicken/pork/whatevr. Only just stuck it in the freezer. If anyone wants it, come and get it, SE5.

Scotch Bonnet Chillies

Mixed Spice
Lime Juice
White Vinegar
Soy Sauce
Olive Oil
Pineapple + Lime Juice
Oyster Stout
Scallions
Onions
Garlic
Brown Sugar
Salt
