you can still get delta cleats they just don't make delta pedals anymore (superseded by the keo)

Look do multiple types of cleats. Delta Red is probably your best bet. Older style with float as opposed to Keo and shit.

Could not agree with you more; only got into cleats recently and luckily my bike came with Delta pedals.
