This is looking like a winner so far... unless I just take it in with me.

Hmmm... I'd be tempted to leave it outside the Effra, bit of a walk back to the Academy tho'... I wouldn't even leave it outside the OB shop tbh, that's where criminals congregate dontchaknow?

Lock it properly outside the tube station and it'll be fine.

Outside the Ritzy? Al fresco cafe types might put off any obvious snippers. Library railings are also a good bet. They're at the "wrong" end of the Hight St for the Academy, but only a 5min walk away.

Actually Ritzy isn't a bad idea. Well lit, lots of people, lots of other bikes locked up.

+1, just make sure to use two decent locks, and put it next to a nicer/bait bike if possible.

I locked it outside the tube station in the end with one decent lock and 4 £1 locks from Poundland.

Outside the tube is a safe bet, lots of foot traffic - I have also locked mine many times by the leisure centre gates up the stairs

The OP will be very grateful for that advice when he travels back in time to the concert he went to last year.

Effra pubs got to be the safest. Always people outside there.
I'm off to Brixton Acadamy toinight but a little bit worried about where to leave my bike.
Any Brixtonites how some ideas on good places where I stand a decent chance of my bike still being there come 11?
Cheers
