For Sale: Polo beater 2x SS Wheel, flatbar, road wheel

Time for my trusty polo steed to go. 53cms.

This was my a sturdy as hell polo bike until I got an upgrade. It's got about 50gi's on it but if anyone wants it as a beater, I'm sure I have the original chain ring.
I can probably throw in a mallet if anyone wants a beginners polo set up.

They're both Alex rim types with formula hubs or similar.
Will get proper details and more pics tomorrow mate.

I want a first polo bike but ride a 58 on the daily. I hear I want smaller for polo but is that too much? I'm 6ft ish.

You should go a size smaller or there abouts. You're welcome to come try it in SE22?
I also run beginners polo so you could come to Peckham and have a game. We'll be there Tuesday if you're interested.
I'm 5'6 and it's a bit big for me.
It might even be a 54cm but I'll confirm later.

The flats are 25.4 but I need 22mm matey.

They're both rear wheels and currently don't have a sprocket. I might be able to get you one for £10. Or if you're in my area collecting them, SE22, then Vaidas Cycles in Honor Oak sells them for this price.

Hey Joni, is that second ss wheel running true? If so I'll take it off you, I'm living very near Gormley so could easily get it from you some evening. I got a double brake lever off Rik, so I am thinking I might give singlespeed a go rather than fixed for the polo, be good to have a second wheel for it... let me know.

Looks like I'm not going to Newington tonight after all (my girlfriend is over visiting so our timetable is in her hands), but would it be possible to pick it up off you on Sunday evening? I'll have some free time then and I can call around to you (you're in Peckham area, right?)
