Potentially dibs for one. Is there any chance I could take it apart at your office?
I would wheel it to my flat but I really dont think itll get up the stairwell

you could probably take it round the corner and take it apart [there's a park there] but we have clients in and out all day so no can do on disassembly in t'office…
