My friend says he'd want to get it re-sprayed, so because of that, it would have to be around 70.

make it £80 and it is yours
Im helping a friend put together a nice bike for his summer commute through london, he bought nuknow's wheelset today (http://www.lfgss.com/thread44699.html#post1448362) , and wants a pretty classic, decent made frame.
a 59/59, would be good, but looking frames around that size. He has around 150 to spend on the frame and fork, but idealy would be able to come with: Seatpost, headset, handlebars, stem, cranks etc. which good be negotiated for.
It's going to be run fixed/ss.
cheers guys.
