also, where can i get new ones from, i keep over tightening my rear wheel and breaking them because i am a fool (who hates his chain going slack/is too lazy to buy a chain tensioner).

I may not be reading your diagram correctly. But the locknut is the outer nut. The nut with the partial flats (In your pics?) is the cone nut, used to adjust bearing preload (weekly if you run formula hubs LOL).
