They are a kind of yeast/mushroom culture that ferments tea, it's supposed to be good for your liver, I just think that having extra fermentation in my life can't hurt, especially considering my winter of antibiotics.
If you're interested I can bring a bottle somewhere?

Not really...it's alcoholic in the same way dandylion and burdock is.

“In addition to, or aside from any possible health benefits, many users report a relatively subtle but definite perceptual shift after consuming kombucha. This perceptual shift is generally characterized by mild euphoria, relaxation, and an overall sense of physical and mental well-being.”

Knock a bottle back and you feel pretty high.
Nhatt have you got it to taste good brewing it youself? I can't stand the ones I've tried here but loved the stuff I've had in the states. -

I'm still working on it.
It's pretty good, but I desided to try a smoked tea and that kind of killed some of the cultures and made it taste vinagery, but I'm back on track now.
Want one? I can deliver...well, at least part way.

Unfortunately the OP has since turned into a giant toadstool. Tragic stuff.
I'm not sure if anyone on here will be interested, but I have 4 babies that need homes. It's very easy to brew your own Kombucha tea, and it's better than paying £3 a pint for it in a health food shop.
I also have a few extra bottles of the stuff if you want to try some, the batch I have now is slightly licorice-ish.
Collect from SW2, SE14 or South drinks.
