alloy is a bit cheaper, I know someone who has/had? a nine speed alloy in good nick, going rate is about £50, collect Whitechapel, if you are interested Iwill probably see him tomorrow.

ok see what u can do. it must be medium cage. i'm trying to go to a 29t at the back and my short cage will only go to 26t.

I have an 8 speed chorus (C-Record era) one for £35 with tacx rollers if interested. It has been cleaned and polished throughout and works well. I shall be uptown later next week on maybe even monday. pics posted

can u put up a photo of your short cage so I know if his is long or short (there is no medium cage according to velobase).
