You would have thought if you must have a blog about "fixed gear cult" then choosing a gear people actually use might be a better option.
I've not seen a 12t track cog, but they do exist apparently. If you can't find a gearing with 13t and up then you're doing it wrong.
So I am in Paris this weekend with my girlfriend we go into a shop she likes Collet. Walking through I spot a book about fixed gear bikes, I pick it up and it's in English, result! As I brows through it I am amazed to see not only a picture on the tweed run but a reference to LFGSS!
