Wanted: Nitto stem, paul lever

Don't realistically think I'm going to find these here but thought I'd check before I buy them new....

Last couple of bits to finish a build - I need a Nitto Pearl 100mm 25.4 clamp and Paul E Lever RH 23.8

I know I can get the stem from Hubjub but freshtripe are out of e levers - anybody know anywhere else that sells them?

I've got a Paul E lever RH (23.8) and it's nearly new in black!
I think BLB have them as well!
